How Much
Can You Earn?
This opportunity really does give you unlimited earnings. Letting experts earn 70% of the lettings fees and property management fees.
Your income depends on the average rent in your area, relevant fee structure and the number of properties you let and manage each month. As part of your onboarding and success coaching, we will support you with the business planning tools to help you maximise your earning potential.
As an example, if you let 6 properties per month, with an average rent of £1,250 pcm you will earn over £80,000 in year one.
As your portfolio grows your baseline income from your management fees will increase year on year. Based on our example your portfolio income would be worth approx £50,000 at the end of year one.
Dependant on the average rents in your area, or the higher market you choose to focus on, you could earn the same amount by letting just 4 properties per month with an average rent of £2,000 pcm.
Building Your Own Team
Should you wish to build your own team of Letting Experts — We will provide you with the best business planning tools and support to help you scale your business effectively without compromising on service.
Property Sales and Auctions
You can develop your business, and earn additional income, by offering property sales and auction services to your clients or make referrals to your local Property Expert or Auction Expert, working together for a mutually agreed fee.
Additional Income Streams
You can earn additional income each month by including a wide range of insurance products and services through our partnerships. We offer an Agent Success Programme that will align with your business and add significant value to your service.

Note
When comparing self-employed letting agency models, it is important to compare commission structures. Also bear in mind you will want to work with a support network that will help you win more listings, justify a professional fee, help you get your properties let quickly and support you to manage your portfolio efficiently and effectively.
Letting Experts will be operating under their limited company. The following will be required as part of the set up and compliance process. Letting Experts will also be required to pass an internal compliance examination. Training will be provided.

National Advertising Fund — £10 + VAT per transaction
A national advertising committee made up of property experts and letting experts will decide how this fund is invested on behalf of the agents. For example, 300 sales completions and 300 lettings move ins will generate £10,500 per month to be spent on a national campaign to help generate market appraisals and brand awareness.
